For those of you who know me you know that the kitchen is the last place I like to spend my day. Though I’m a BIG fan of eating, I’m not a fan of cooking, but I do it. Admittedly though, when it comes to canning, being in the kitchen isn’t so bad because of the end reward. I like knowing that one day in the kitchen supplies me with a year or two of salsa. Same goes for spaghetti, bread and butter pickles, dill pickles, venison, and salmon. A little work up front provides us with many quick-prep meals and sides.
So, as I said, today was salsa day and the results met the hubby’s approval. Okay, truth be told he’s not a fussy eater so pretty much anything works except for tuna and mayonnaise which happen to be two of my favorites. Well, I guess we can’t like everything the same. Where would the adventure be in that? LOL
