As promised, here’s a recipe for GRASSHOPPER PIE!
24 Marshmallows and 1/2 C Milk – Melt in double boiler and cool.
Crust: 24 thin chocolate wafers (crushed) and 1/3 C melted butter. Mix well and press into a 9″ pie tin, and chill for 1 hours.
Add to the marshmallow mixture, 1 ounce cream de cocoa, 1 ounce crème de menthe and 1/2 pint cream (whipped). Pour over crust and refrigerate until set.
