Six Sentence Sunday, November 11, 2012, #sixsunday

Since August I’ve been posting snippets from my novella, Cookies for Santa, which was released by Melange Books on November 5th and is available on LULU, and soon to be available on Amazon in kindle format.

Life didn’t end for Spinelli and Shannon in Cookies for Santa.  In fact, life is taking them on another adventure in my current WIP (to be named at a later date).  In this scene it looks as though rough, tough, Homicide Detective Spinelli has been tamed…but for how long?

****

Spinelli’s eyes popped open. He stared into the
face of angel. Was he still sleeping? How was it he lured this beautiful
creature into his life just a little over two months ago? He resisted the urge
to run his fingers over her soft milky white skin. She looked so peaceful when
she slept.

  6. Great six, Valerie! Since your book isn’t in a hardcover (which is all I have in my personal library), I’m waiting to get the book at B&N for my Nook – so I can read in bed!! 😉 Any idea on the time frame for that? I can do Amazon, but that has to go on my computer, so I’m holding out for B&N if possible, but I don’t want to wait too much longer. So glad you’re writing more!

    1. Hi Maddie, I don’t think I’ll ever see it in hardcover:(

It is my understanding that the book will be available at B&N in print and ebook in about six weeks. For whatever reason, for the kindle people it should be available on Amazon next week.

Thank you so much for stopping by again this week.
      Val
