Six Sentence Sunday, October 21, 2012, #sixsunday

Here’s some more of Cookies for Santa which is still on track to be released in early November by Melange Books.  In this scene, Shannon is still in the hands of her kidnappers and she’s thinking about the consequences of her untimely death.

And Spinelli, who would take care of him? He needed taking care of, he probably didn’t know it, but he did. Would she ever get to see him and feel the warmth of his arms around her again?

Shannon gave herself a mental head slap. I had the gun in my hands. What the hell happened?

Ooh, I’m intrigued. How did she get herself in this mess? Need more! Great six! 🙂

    1. Poor Shannon just fell into a mess at no fault of her own. Thanks for stopping by, Evelyn.

  2. Intriguing for sure. The title “Cookies for Santa” leads you to believe it’s a gentle Christmas tale; the gun and the kidnapping say otherwise. Love that!

    1. Spinelli had better get a move on! Thanks for stopping by, Silver.

  6. You know I’m reading your good sixes! Two more weeks! Will I be buying at Amazon? I won’t be doing sixes again until NaNoWriMo when I really start on the new book.

    1. Yes, it will be available at Amazon.

Good luck with your NaNoWriMo! I can’t wait to see what you come up with:)
