Couch to 5K Week 5 is history! I’m over half way through the 9 week program. I found this week’s regiment interesting. It wasn’t like the other weeks where I repeated the workouts each day. During week five, day one rotated five and three minute runs and walks, day two jumped up to eight minute runs…
